To get a pool of referee's throughout the season, I am requiring each fleet that participates in the fleet league to provide at least one referee.
This pool will be looked at by the Fleet Leaders; if a significant number of fleet leaders have a problem with someone being put forward, then a new candidate should be sent.
Any fleet who wishes to send more, and anyone who wants to apply on their own accord is more than welcome.
Referees will not be able to referee their own fleet's game due to bias issues.
Specific fleet rules:
Each fleet must volunteer at least 1 referee who must register on the Kaiser Sever Event Board Forums and post on the referee application board. Failure of a fleet to present a MINIMUM of one referee or to miss their game that they have registered to referee will result in disqualification of the ENTIRE FLEET after 2 warnings. This referee can be a person who is not in the fleet or is in another fleet. (2 fleets cannot present the same person to the Organizer).
Referee code of conduct:
Referees must know and understand all rules in Navyfield and the Fleet League.
Referees will follow the directions of the the Fleet League commissioner and TNF supporters.
Referees will enforce the rules of the Fleet League without bias.
Referees will communicate respectfully with all players involved in the Fleet League.
Referees will honor all and any appointments made and accepted by them unless unable to do so due to illness or personal emergency.
Referees will not publicly criticize other officials or organizations including fleets and TNF.
Referees will accept punishment if they violate this code of conduct.
Referee rules:
Referees must keep watch of time from the opening of the room to the end of the battle.
Referees must note the number and type, and name of all ships in each battle on both teams for (overall NF) balancing purposes and for reference to future FLs.
Referees must be able to provide screenshots of the winning and losing of the battles they referee.
